Use of the tools

TEXELMATIC is provided as a browser-based creative toolkit for generating palettes, textures, masks, and PBR material maps. You are responsible for any prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and how those outputs are used.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including generating content that is illegal, infringes on rights, or is intended to mislead or impersonate others.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. You must not attempt to access other user accounts, bypass security, misuse administrative features, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Accounts may be suspended or removed if they are used in violation of these terms.

Point purchases, use, and refunds

TEXELMATIC points are prepaid service credits used for eligible processing operations. Point packs are one-time purchases, are not a bank account or stored-value currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. The price and number of points shown before checkout apply to that purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased points are credited only after payment confirmation. If a payment is reversed, disputed, or refunded, the corresponding unused points may be removed from the account. We may restrict an account while a payment dispute or suspected fraudulent transaction is investigated.

Points consumed by a successfully completed processing operation are generally not refundable. When TEXELMATIC reserves points for a job that fails, times out, or is cancelled before completion, the service is designed to release those reserved points automatically. This is a point-balance correction, not a cash refund. Requests for payment refunds are reviewed individually and remain subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Use the contact form with Terms of Use selected and include the purchase date and account email.

Generated content

TEXELMATIC generates content based on user input and automated processes. Generated outputs are provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before use in any project.

Generated content may appear in shared libraries or public views unless removed by an admin. If you delete your account, previously generated public content may remain available, with creator attribution updated to Anonymous.

Intellectual property and usage

You retain rights to the prompts and content you create. Generated assets may be used in personal or commercial projects, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Availability and limitations

TEXELMATIC is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, performance, or suitability for a specific purpose. Features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time.

Important assets should always be reviewed and tested before use in production environments.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEXELMATIC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service owner is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of the tools or generated content.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
